Login customisation

Make the AuthCop sign-in page look like your school. Students see these changes when they sign in.

Who can use this page: Global Administrator.

  1. Select Change Background Image or Change Logo Image.
  2. Select Upload a file and choose an image. PNG, JPG and GIF files up to 10 MB work.
  3. Check the preview, then select Save.

Change the theme colour​

  1. Select Change Theme Colour.
  2. Type a colour as a hex code, for example #1d4ed8. You can find your school colour's hex code in your style guide, or with an online colour picker.
  3. Select Save. The button stays greyed out until the code is valid.

Tips​

  • Use a wide background image (landscape) so it fills larger screens.
  • Use a logo with a transparent background (PNG) so it looks good on any colour.
  • Pick a theme colour dark enough for white text to be easy to read.

How this affects sign-in: only the look of the sign-in page changes. Nothing about who can sign in changes.
