Using the logs to help a student

  • The student says they can't sign in: look for their sign-ins with a cross. Check the country; it may be on the Blocked Countries list or blocked by an access policy.
  • You want to find your school's IP address: look at a sign-in you know came from school, and copy the IP address into a location.
  • You want one student's history: open the student and use their Sign-in Logs tab.

The logs only show information. Nothing you do here changes how students sign in.
