The Import Logs page, listing import jobs with their source, times and record counts, and the Manual Upload button.

What the columns mean

ColumnMeaning
DateWhen the import was created. The newest is first.
SourceWhere the data came from, such as Synergetic, Wonde or a manual upload.
Started UtcWhen AuthCop started processing it (in UTC time).
CompletedUtcWhen it finished (in UTC time). A dash means it is still running.
Total RecordsHow many rows were read from the files.
Successful RecordsHow many rows were imported. Shown once the import finishes.
Failed RecordsHow many rows couldn't be imported, for example because a value was missing or an ID didn't match anyone. Shown once the import finishes. If the whole import fails, every row is counted as failed.
Warning RecordsNot used yet. Always 0.

An import keeps running in the background after the files are read. Until it finishes, the completed time and the successful and failed counts show a dash. Refresh the page to check again.

Export the detailed log

Select Export Logs to download the full log for an import. It lists each problem row, which file it came from, and what was wrong, for example a missing value or a student ID that doesn't match anyone.

The button is greyed out until the log is ready.

Upload files by hand

Select Manual Upload to start an import from CSV files. See Import settings → Manual upload.
