Audit logs

The Audit Logs page records changes made in AuthCop: who made the change, what they changed, and when. Use it to check what happened if a setting changed unexpectedly.

Who can use this page: Report User or Global Administrator.

Choose the dates​

Use the date picker to choose which days to show, up to 31 days at a time. The newest changes are shown first.

What the columns mean​

ColumnMeaning
DateThe date and time of the change.
UserWho made the change. AuthCop's own automatic jobs appear with a system name, such as "Travel request group sync".
ActionWhat kind of change it was. See below.
EntityWhat was changed, such as a policy, group or user.
MessageA short description of the change. Hover over it to see all of it.

Actions​

ActionMeaning
CreateSomething was added.
UpdateSomething was changed.
DeleteSomething was removed.
CreateFailed / DeleteFailedAuthCop tried to add or remove something but couldn't. The message explains why.
SkippedAuthCop decided not to make a change on purpose, for example not removing a traveller from a group they were already in.

See the details of a change​

Select View to open the full details, including the person's IP address, location and browser.

The audit logs only show information. Nothing you do here changes AuthCop.
