Enrolment policies

Enrolment policies are still being built. You can create and save them now, but AuthCop does not yet send reminder emails or ask users to set up methods because of them.
An enrolment policy describes which groups of users should set up which sign-in methods, and when. For example, "All Year 7 students should set up a passkey in the first month of the school year, with weekly email reminders."
Who can use this page: MFA Policy Manager or Global Administrator.
Create an enrolment policy
- Select Add Policy.
- Fill in the tabs below.
- Select Save.
To change or delete a policy, open it from the list.
Details tab
| Setting | What it does |

| Policy Name | A name to help you recognise the policy. |
| Description | A note about what the policy is for. |
| Enabled | Turns the policy on or off. |
| Start Date (Optional) | The first day of the enrolment period. |
| End Date (Optional) | The last day of the enrolment period. |
| Repeats Yearly | Repeat the same dates every year. |
| Send Reminder Emails | Email users who haven't set up a method yet. |
| Maximum Reminder Emails (1-10) | The most reminders one user will get. |
| Email Send Day | The day of the week reminders are sent. |

The groups of users the policy is for.
MFA Methods tab
The methods users should set up. Only methods that are turned on and need setting up for each user (such as QR Code, TOTP or Passkey) are listed.
